Job Highlights
About the Role
• Contribute to a safe working environment. • Manage day‑to‑day site‑based construction activities and coordinate resources effectively for project execution. • Ensure delivery of temporary and permanent works per design. • Oversee material and plant management to meet programme and financial goals. • Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Permit to Work systems are in place before work commences. • Assist in the preparation of RAMs, COSHH assessments and safety plans as required. • Ensure subcontractors deliver work to meet safety, quality and programme requirements, supervising them to ensure a “right first‑time” approach. • Record and update site diaries. • Execution of construction work in line with ITPs, quality standards and safety documentation.
