About the Role

• Build customer‑facing web applications using React and TypeScript. • Develop microservices and RESTful APIs with C# and .NET Core. • Lead software design, establish standards, and conduct code reviews to maintain an efficient, maintainable codebase. • Assess emerging technologies to enhance CoStar’s platform and adopt best practices. • Create comprehensive testing procedures for high‑quality applications used by tens of thousands of users.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience. • Experience architecting, designing, and building large‑scale, distributed, service‑oriented systems in an agile environment. • Proficiency in developing front‑end applications with React. • Ability to build RESTful APIs using C#. • Strong knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD deployment processes. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college. • Proven commitment to prior employer. • Experience with SQL databases. • Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch. • Strong communication skills with both business and technical partners. • Data modeling experience across conceptual, logical, and physical designs.
