About the Role

In this role you will oversee branch performance, safety compliance, logistics, vendor relationships and team development, traveling throughout the region as needed. You will also set measurable goals and ensure a safe, compliant work environment. • Lead by example and inspire team performance while maintaining a professional appearance • Conduct monthly safety and property audits for regional branches • Assist with logistical management of branches as needed • Monitor metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction • Process purchase orders and requisitions as required • Manage vendor relationships and onboarding processes • Identify conflicts and improvement opportunities, implementing appropriate solutions • Set measurable goals and clear expectations for team members • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with regulations
