About the Role

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting advanced segments within the A&D community to achieve sales targets • Identify high‑potential customers and build relationships with senior decision‑makers in the A&D industry • Conduct advanced product presentations and demonstrations tailored to larger or complex customers • Attend and occasionally speak at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services • Use CRM software to track all customer interactions and keep data up‑to‑date • Negotiate contracts, quote prices, prepare detailed proposals, and communicate terms of sales and delivery • Resolve complex billing disputes and negotiate terms as needed • Monitor and analyze customer sales and margin trends to adjust strategies • Provide occasional showroom assistance during product launches or promotional events • Prospect new business opportunities using industry knowledge and contacts to generate substantial sales • Conduct strategic cold calling and other proactive sales techniques • Maintain, organize, and update CRM information accurately and continuously • Mentor junior sales staff and lead by example in customer interactions

The role is hybrid, allowing some remote work while requiring frequent travel within assigned territories. Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States is required and will be verified through E‑Verify. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience in the A&D industry • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating substantial revenue • Experience leading sales projects and closing large‑scale deals • Demonstrated experience with high‑end and luxury brands • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a sales team • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while traveling, meeting clients, or working on reports • Mobility to travel frequently within assigned territories, including long‑distance driving and site visits • Manual dexterity to operate computers, mobile devices, and presentation equipment • Visual acuity to review contracts, sales materials, and product information accurately • Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment (up to 25 lb) such as product samples or marketing kits • Clear verbal and written communication skills for presenting products, negotiating, and maintaining client relationships • Tolerance for varied environments including offices, customer locations, trade shows, and outdoor conditions while traveling
