About the Role

The role is a senior‑level clerical and administrative specialist who provides advanced support to departmental managers and coordinates daily operations. Responsibilities include recording and reporting data, handling complex issues with minimal supervision, and ensuring smooth office functions. • Foster a stable, family‑first workplace where team members perform essential, meaningful work. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Create, distribute, and close customer tickets daily. • Maintain and disseminate department information each day. • Communicate operational and dispatch issues with supervisors and managers. • Prepare and update various reports as directed by the department manager. • Use software tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management. • Collect and report data for incentive pay programs. • Process payments and other financial tasks as needed. • Assist in implementing operational projects. • Communicate service issues to customers. • Coordinate scheduling and work assignments with employees. • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily.

What You Bring

The position requires three years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use.
