About the Role

The position oversees planning, scheduling, and coordination of material orders to fulfill production needs for Engineered to Order (ETO) products, handling warranty requests, contract reviews, change orders, and ensuring both external and internal customers receive timely, professional service while maintaining accurate inventory data for reliable reporting. The role works closely with purchasing, engineering, and assembly teams to guarantee parts availability, participates in weekly production meetings to update job status, and drives process and efficiency improvements with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. • Deliver professional, efficient, and timely service to customers. • Manage ETO/project orders per specifications and customer requirements. • Ensure ETO project deliverables meet scope, cost, and timeline targets; manage changes. • Perform contract reviews on incoming orders to ensure clean orders. • Schedule resources for ETO orders based on lead times, shop loading, and input. • Enter labor/material estimates and track cost estimates against actuals. • Compile and release ETO shop packages to the Assembly department. • Monitor open order backlog daily and resolve issues for timely shipment. • Maintain orders in SAP S/4HANA with required information. • Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and assembly to secure parts availability. • Provide job status updates in weekly production meetings and expedite as needed. • Process return authorizations, monitor credits, issue credits, and resolve disputes. • Issue packing slips and perform inventory adjustments. • Monitor job costs, elevate issues, and collaborate with finance for cost reviews and close‑out in SMS. • Maintain optimal inventory levels through planning and analysis. • Review and contribute to Order Management ISO quality procedures. • Manage negative on‑hand inventory. • Open and manage warranty cases and customer requests in BFO. • Lead and implement process/efficiency improvement projects. • Uphold a strong focus on safety and safe work practices.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, possess 3‑5 years of production planning experience with MRP systems, and have expertise in MS Office and SAP; certifications such as CPIM are preferred. • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field. • CPIM certification or equivalent production/inventory management credential. • 3–5 years of production planning experience using MRP systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP applications; knowledge of S/4HANA, AMAPS, SMS is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and internal departments. • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of thinking “outside the box.”
