• Assist Project Architect, Designer, or Manager on interior design tasks. • Translate design intent into accurate drawings using Revit and other tools. • Organize project information, conduct research, pose relevant questions, and proactively address design challenges. • Participate in the full interior design process within a small project team.

Candidates must have completed a design degree, possess experience in building design, and have started the NCIDQ exam with an aim toward registration. Founded over sixty years ago, Dewberry blends historic expertise with modern practice, and was among the first firms nationwide to specialize in justice architecture. • Communicate design concepts clearly in written and verbal formats and collaborate with team members. • Hold a B.S. in Interior Design from an accredited university with 1–3 years of experience. • Demonstrate strong design skills and a commitment to technical growth. • Be proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; rendering and graphic abilities are a plus. • Prefer LEED AP certification and knowledge of sustainable design principles. • Maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass required background checks. • Understand that Dewberry does not sponsor work visas and offers equal‑opportunity employment. • Agree to comprehensive background screening, including employment, education, driving, criminal, and consumer reports.
