About the Role

Support the design, documentation, and improvement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Contribute to analyzing current workflows, identifying process gaps, and implementing approved changes. Ensure effective adoption of new procedures through coordination, training, and continuous process evaluation. Design and document business processes, procedures, and workflows in alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze current‑state operations and define future‑state requirements. Conduct current‑state versus future‑state gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Evaluate existing policies and procedures to confirm alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and business goals, and perform root‑cause analysis using appropriate tools. Execute approved process changes and automation solutions, including related system and software enhancements. Coordinate the rollout of new policies, procedures, and workflows across relevant departments, monitor outcomes, collect stakeholder feedback, and refine processes for continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions to support adoption of new processes and tools. Participate in change management activities by engaging stakeholders, maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and acting as a process subject‑matter resource. Maintain and update soft and technical skills relevant to the role. Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets, utilize resources efficiently, and provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of tasks. Solve arising problems and escalate complex operational issues, ensuring quality requirements through effective quality control and specifications. What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or a related field is required, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
