About the Role

The Groundskeeper for multifamily properties works as part of the Maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborating with office staff to ensure residents enjoy a well‑kept living environment. This hands‑on role focuses on daily upkeep of exterior areas and prompt resolution of resident maintenance requests, embodying a commitment to world‑class service. • Maintain property landscaping, including flowerbeds, plants, grass, and pool areas. • Clean driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster zones, and exterior hallways. • Perform snow removal and routine pool maintenance. • Provide friendly, professional service to resident maintenance requests. • Assist maintenance staff on additional projects as needed. • Follow Cushman & Wakefield uniform standards and safety procedures. • Work evenings or weekends on call for emergencies.
