About the Role
A Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) leads the on‑site construction process from start to finish. Responsibilities include quality control, scheduling trade and inspection partners, keeping the site safe and efficient, communicating with homebuyers, ordering materials, confirming selections, and collaborating with sales, purchasing and construction teams. NCMs use daily tools such as DXC Homebuilder One (HB1), the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint to manage information and workflows.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who is organized, detail‑oriented, and focused on delivering homes on time. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with homebuyers, trade partners, government entities and internal groups are essential. • Residential construction experience • Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans • Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others • Has used a customer service approach in previous work • Ability to learn various technologies utilized on the job • College degree
