About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will test features to ensure functionality and quality while collaborating with the team to keep testing processes thorough. You will identify improvements and enhancements, and quickly develop your skill‑set in a fast‑moving environment. • Apply SDLC principles and methodologies such as Lean, Agile, XP, CI, security, scalability, documentation, refactoring, and testing techniques. • Mentor junior engineers and guide quality engineering, test planning, and testing methodology. • Debug, contribute to the codebase, diagnose bugs, and devise solutions to improve product quality. • Develop and execute maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases. • Write Java code for white‑box testing of solution code. • Test web services (SOAP/REST) including throughput and performance under load. • Use issue‑tracking and agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc.

What You Bring
Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and have several years of relevant experience.
