About the Role
As a Coordinator, Marketing and Proposals in our Madison office, you will help empower clients to achieve energy‑efficient building solutions, protect the global environment, and create a greener future. The role focuses on organizing, editing, writing, and producing client‑targeted marketing deliverables such as qualifications, proposals, and presentations. You will collaborate with marketing and business development teams, manage day‑to‑day tasks, and execute specific deliverables while efficiently utilizing marketing systems and tools. Under supervision, you will support broader marketing initiatives, helping achieve project goals and fulfill deliverable requirements. • Organize, edit, write, and produce client‑focused qualifications, proposals, and presentations. • Collaborate daily with marketing and business development teams to meet deliverable deadlines. • Utilize Microsoft Office and marketing tools efficiently; assist with CRM and Adobe software as needed. • Support broader marketing initiatives under supervision to achieve project goals.

What You Bring
Successful candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, English, architecture, engineering technology, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Deltek, Salesforce, Cosential) and Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus. Effective coordinators demonstrate strong spoken and written communication skills, excellent organization and time‑management abilities, quick technical comprehension, and basic graphic‑design capabilities. They can prioritize multiple tasks, work both independently and collaboratively, and stay motivated by client outcomes. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, architecture, engineering technology, or related field. • Bring at least 2 years of marketing experience in professional services, preferably A/E/C. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organization. • Demonstrate basic graphic design ability and proficiency with InDesign or Photoshop. • Prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively both independently and in teams.
