About the Role

• Greet customers and office personnel • Answer incoming telephone calls with professional etiquette • Keep the reception area clean and organized • Monitor and distribute courier deliveries • Maintain and order office supplies • Deliver items to/pick up from agents, attorneys, and clients as needed • Prepare earnest money receipts • Send thank‑you notes or opening letters to agents • Open, sort, and file daily mail • Process open orders • Prepare payoff/assumption statement requests • Work overtime hours as scheduled by the Branch Manager

What You Bring
