About the Role

Interns will support construction monitoring by interpreting drawings, reviewing plans and specifications, and creating checklists for contract features and sub‑contractor approvals. They will assist with cost estimates, maintain accurate records, prepare statements of work, submittals, change management documentation, and provide daily and weekly reports. Participation in the Lunch & Learn program and a final self‑reflection PowerPoint presentation to management are also required. • Practice and improve industry skills while learning to be an effective employee entering the workforce.

What You Bring

Candidates should be college sophomores or higher, or recent graduates (within one year), pursuing a related degree or attending trade school.
