About the Role
As an In‑Home Sales Representative you will meet homeowners, assess their roofing needs, recommend products and services, and close sales. What You Bring
The schedule runs Monday‑Friday with appointments at 1 pm and 6 pm, and Saturday slots at 10 am and 2 pm; sales meetings are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm. Candidates must have at least three years of outside sales experience, a proven record of meeting sales goals, excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and proficiency with laptops, mobile devices, and tablets. • Drive to appointments; no cold calling or door‑knocking required • Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales experience • Demonstrated success meeting sales objectives • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Tech‑savvy with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices • Self‑disciplined, motivated, and open to coaching
