About the Role
The role involves providing technical and legislative expertise for asbestos surveying and management, delivering accurate and timely data and certifications, and overseeing complex technical problem‑solving activities. You will interact with customers on technical issues, support business development, lead surveys up to industrial refurbishment and demolition, and decide on appropriate methods and protocols independently. • Provide technical and legislative knowledge to support client and business requirements for asbestos surveying and management. • Ensure accurate, timely release of data and certification, including technical review and guidance for non‑routine situations. • Oversee complex technical problem‑solving activities. • Interact with customers on technical and legislative issues. • Support business development opportunities with new and existing customers. • Lead asbestos survey work up to industrial refurbishment and demolition with minimal supervision. • Take initiative and decide on appropriate methods and protocols without waiting for further instruction.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent), have experience in air testing and 4‑stage clearances, and a proven record on large industrial surveys and technical review of reports. Strong interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude to travel, and a full UK driving licence are also required. • Hold BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent). • Experience in both air testing and 4‑stage clearances. • Proven experience on large, complex industrial surveys and asbestos enclosures, including air monitoring and 4SC works. • Proven experience reviewing asbestos reports and air monitoring documentation. • Confident approach with good interpersonal skills. • Flexible attitude with willingness to travel and stay in remote locations as required. • Full UK driving licence is essential.
