About the Role
• Record and report daily forms according to project requirements. • Adhere to project scope, schedule, and budget. • Review assigned work and ensure tasks meet industry standards and client requirements. • Inspect and correct work for completeness and accuracy before submission. • Communicate with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors to align on project goals. • Clearly convey workflow needs to the team and supervisor. • Follow OSHA safety standards and KCI corporate policies at all times. • Review job site safety daily and document or resolve issues immediately. • Participate in cross‑training to enhance team capabilities. • Collaborate with the team to maximize production and accuracy. • Submit accurate timesheets, mileage, and expense reports each week.

What You Bring
The Field Technician 5 performs technical tasks in the field with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism while collaborating closely with team members, clients, and supervisors. This role ensures that every project meets industry standards, safety regulations, and KCI policies, and actively participates in cross‑training to strengthen the team. Effective communication of workflow needs and proactive problem‑solving are essential, as is adherence to scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Candidates must have a minimum of six years of relevant work experience and possess a valid driver’s license, with the ability to maintain any required certifications. Pre‑employment drug screening, background checks, and possible motor vehicle checks are required. The position may require additional certifications as dictated by project needs.
