About the Role

The role demands an expert contributor and leader who resolves exceptionally difficult technical problems and manages teams on complex projects. Responsibilities include developing products, solutions, and processes using advanced principles within a narrow technical domain while supporting continuous 24/7/365 cyber operations. • Lead teams delivering security monitoring and incident response for network assets, including Industrial Control Systems. • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on intrusion detection and incident response. • Direct investigations of network intrusions and other cyber‑security breaches. • Coordinate responses to complex cyber‑attacks threatening assets, intellectual property, and computer systems. • Develop and enhance security monitoring and incident response processes and solutions. • Operate and continuously improve security monitoring and incident response toolsets. • Research and recommend solutions for incident response and digital forensics.

What You Bring

The Senior Cyber Security Specialist role is a contingent position supporting a 24/7/365 operation. It is based on contract award and requires expert technical leadership in a high‑stakes environment. • Maintain an active TS/SCI or Q Clearance and hold CISSP certification or equivalent. • Possess a Bachelor’s degree with eight years or a Master’s degree with six years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated experience leading penetration testing, intrusion detection, incident response, or digital forensics initiatives. • Experience managing complex response activities within an IT services environment and enterprise team settings.
