About the Role

The Commercial Sales Executive will promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, acting as the brand steward and telling the story of our leading electronic security solutions. What You Bring

Success in this position involves generating new market share, upselling additional products, renewing agreements, and identifying resale opportunities. You will manage call plans, prospect independently, conduct post-installation follow-ups, and maintain deep product knowledge through ongoing training and research, all while adhering to company policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and a minimum of two years of proven commercial sales experience in security, IT, or related technology sectors.
