About the Role
The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team, overseeing day‑to‑day activities such as safety protocol compliance, onboarding and training of new operators, and client customer service. The role’s salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on education and experience. • Dispatch units and schedule projects daily • Communicate with clients with a customer‑service focus daily • Assist with project bidding and proposals • Support business development daily • Review operators’ daily paperwork (trip tickets, FLRA, DOT logs) • Hear and distinguish emergency signals while on duty • Sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl repeatedly • Enter confined spaces when required • Climb ladders and work from elevated platforms • Work extended hours and variable shifts

What You Bring
• Supervisory experience required • Experience in vacuum, pump trucks, commercial underground construction, oil & gas, underground utility, waste, equipment rental, or fleet management • Valid CDL (preferred) • Mechanical skills (preferred) • Sales experience (preferred) • Lift at least 50 lb repeatedly • Work outdoors for extended periods • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
