About the Role
Your duties include setting up and taking down cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment; using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic while monitoring site activity; following all safety rules taught in training; communicating with your crew and supervisor; keeping vehicles and equipment clean and safe; working outdoors year‑round in all weather; standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift; and adapting to night, weekend, or emergency shifts. You must provide your own steel‑toe, ankle‑high safety boots. • Set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment. • Direct traffic using a stop/slow paddle and monitor site activity. • Follow all safety procedures learned in training. • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe. • Work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8‑12 hours per shift. • Provide your own steel‑toe, ankle‑high safety boots. • Remain alert around moving traffic and treat all individuals with respect.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, the ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for long periods, willingness to work in traffic and changing weather, a flexible schedule with punctual attendance, passing a pre‑hire screening and drug test, staying alert around moving traffic, and treating coworkers, clients, and the public with respect. • Communicate effectively with crew and supervisor. • Adapt to variable shifts, including nights, weekends, or emergency assignments. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to stand, walk, lift 40‑50 lb, and work outdoors for long periods. • Flexibility with schedule and punctual attendance. • Pass pre‑hire screening and drug test (safety‑sensitive role). • Paid training and traffic safety certification.
