About the Role
The Manufacturing Worker I – Assembler is responsible for assembling and installing sub‑assembly components on HVAC units, reading and interpreting blueprints and order forms, and communicating with team members to maintain workflow and accuracy. The role also includes performing visual and functional quality checks, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety practices. Additional tasks involve using hand and power tools to fasten, cut, or shape components, installing insulation, wiring, or ductwork, operating basic machinery, and completing production documentation and checklists. The employee must report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or material shortages promptly and wear required personal protective equipment. • Assemble and install sub‑assembly components on HVAC units according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts. • Communicate with team members across the production line to maintain workflow. • Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies. • Move materials and finished products using appropriate handling methods. • Maintain a clean and organized work area following housekeeping and safety practices. • Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or material shortages promptly. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards. • Use hand and power tools to fasten, cut, or shape components. • Install insulation, wiring, or ductwork. • Operate basic machinery or assembly equipment. • Complete production documentation and checklists. • Apply basic math and measurement skills.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and bring experience from a manufacturing or assembly environment.
