About the Role

The Project Assistant supports the project management team and field office by handling administrative tasks, ensuring accurate project documentation, and coordinating travel, meetings and office logistics. The position is fully remote, with location details discussed during the interview. • Perform essential duties of Junior Administrative/Jr. Project Assistant, including travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and meeting scheduling. • Assist with administration of office and jobsite facilities as assigned. • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials, ordering or purchasing as needed. • Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes for supervisor’s signature. • Maintain an accurate, standardized filing system for weekly and monthly job files, insurance, bonding, and commitment logs. • Input commitment data into the cost reporting system. • Prepare and process commitment documents such as purchase orders, subcontracts, rental agreements, and change orders. • Notify subcontractors about change orders, follow up on quotes, and process reference numbers. • Execute job close‑out procedures, including archiving project plans and files.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma (or equivalent), two years of secretarial or clerical experience, and proficiency in word‑processing, spreadsheets, and a typing speed of 45 wpm. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, reliability and flexibility are also required.

Benefits
