About the Role
The Program Support Specialist remotely manages JCI’s portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget. Reporting to a Division Operations Manager, the specialist acts as the primary client contact for resolving project and operational issues and conducts periodic program reviews. Key duties include aligning support activities with client objectives, establishing program standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role creates executive‑level dashboards, monitors project performance, identifies risks, tracks benefits, and mentors project managers while coordinating with sales, COEs, field delivery teams and business partners. • Oversee JCI project portfolio to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. • Serve as primary client contact for resolving project and operational issues. • Align operational support activities with client program objectives and establish program standards. • Facilitate communication among clients, internal stakeholders, sales, COEs, and field delivery teams. • Create executive‑level dashboards and scoreboards to report program health. • Identify, mitigate, and track program‑level risks and benefits realization. • Mentor project managers and report status to senior executives.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, and have at least five years of physical‑security experience with contractors and client stakeholders. They should possess three years of leadership in construction settings, strong communication and presentation skills, technical expertise in access‑control and video systems, and proficiency with project‑management tools. • Hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Minimum five years of physical‑security experience with contractors and client stakeholders. • At least three years of leadership in construction settings, familiar with permitting and union environments. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Technical expertise in enterprise access‑control and video systems; proficient with project‑management tools. • Preferred: project‑management certification or enrollment in a certification program.
