About the Role

The Warehouse Associate I role reports directly to a supervisor and supports daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, checking, and stowing materials, as well as picking, packing, crating, and shipping products to fulfill orders. The associate also performs light assembly, operates power equipment, conducts quality checks, records results, and alerts leads to any issues such as shortages or equipment breakdowns. Key accountabilities focus on safe material handling and accurate order fulfillment. Tasks involve off‑loading trucks with a forklift or pallet jack, verifying the quality, type, and quantity of received items, breaking down freight for put‑away, and loading pallets for outbound orders. The role also requires packaging shipments, creating manifests and bills of lading, attaching identifying tags, and maintaining all safety responsibilities. • Off‑load trucks using forklift or pallet jack. • Verify quality, type, and quantity of received materials. • Break down freight and move product to put‑away locations. • Pick product orders and load pallets for shipment. • Package outbound shipments (wrap, strap, box). • Manifest UPS shipments and create bills of lading. • Produce and attach identifying tags to products or shipments.
