About the Role

The position works the 5:45 pm‑6 am (223) shift and performs Utility, Auto Catcher, and Palletizer tasks, assisting the Front Line Leader as needed. Utility duties include performing quality checks, off‑loading and re‑wrapping seconds, conducting janitorial tasks, supporting front‑end operations, repairing line breaks, pulling splices, inspecting bundles, participating in safety and housekeeping programs, and any other tasks directed by the Front Line Leader. • Perform quality checks/tests on schedule. • Off‑load conveyor of seconds, re‑wrap and stack them. • Conduct janitorial tasks such as sweeping and clean‑up. • Support front‑end operations by feeding re‑wraps onto the conveyor. • Repair line breaks (heavy tails) and adjust equipment. • Pull splices from bundles. • Visually inspect bundles/shingles, set aside rejects, and notify appropriate personnel. • Participate in plant safety and housekeeping programs. • Read measuring and testing equipment effectively.

What You Bring
