What You Bring
The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become front‑line Operations Managers. Most of the day is spent in the field interacting with frontline employees, learning to increase profitability, maximize efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and lead teams. Candidates must be willing to relocate within a designated geographic area after completing the training. • Understand operational processes, performance management, dispatch, routing, and fleet maintenance. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, a high school diploma/GED plus two years relevant experience. • Be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
