About the Role

The open position joins the expanding scheduling department supporting projects throughout the New York region. With a robust pipeline extending to 2026, the role will assist in proposal development, RFP processes, bid scheduling, project preparation, schedule creation and maintenance, risk mitigation, and regional performance reporting. • Offer Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) • Supply cell phone, laptop, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, and financial planning services • Support development of proposals and all RFP stages, including feasibility and constructability • Create bid schedule options and coordinate project logistics • Deploy best practices for project guidelines, milestones, and baseline development • Partner with estimating, project management, and other stakeholders to integrate lessons learned • Set up viable construction schedules, including procurement and submittals • Prepare concise monthly schedule narratives and review progress with operations • Facilitate team schedule updates and verify performance against the plan • Identify and assess impacts to critical paths, developing recovery plans as needed • Mitigate risks and enhance visibility, communication, and accountability among stakeholders • Audit schedules monthly for compliance with Shawmut guidelines and industry standards • Coach construction operations staff and ensure adherence to contractual requirements • Develop and maintain regional reporting on project performance, SOPs, and risk • Gather, organize, and apply project lessons learned • Track RFIs and change order requests in monthly progress updates • Analyze schedule impacts resulting from changes

What You Bring

Candidates should have four to five years of scheduling experience on a General Contractor site, be proficient with Primavera P6, understand municipal and state contractual scheduling requirements, and possess experience tracking RFIs, change orders, and analyzing schedule impacts. • Demonstrate 4‑5 years scheduling experience using Primavera P6 at a General Contractor
