About the Role

In this role you will help ensure that customers' building systems operate efficiently and receive the high level of service they expect. The position combines technical work, documentation, safety compliance, and clear communication with management, contractors, and customers. • Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls tools • Troubleshoot basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues • Respond to warranty calls and provide high‑level customer service • Load controller software and conduct diagnostics on sensors and actuators • Complete commissioning documentation and as‑built records • Calibrate systems with electronic test equipment • Prepare timesheets, expense reports, and on‑site paperwork • Communicate job progress to management, contractors, and customers • Follow safety standards and attend required training • Recommend efficiency improvements and generate quotes for upselling

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a technical education or related experience, solid knowledge of HVAC and control systems, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and support team members. • Minimum 2‑year degree in electronics, mechanical, computer tech, HVAC or related field, or 2 years industry experience • Knowledge of HVAC control systems, facilities management, site preparation, and equipment installation • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences • Leadership ability to guide mechanics on non‑critical building automation tasks • Proficiency with PC and HVAC software programming
