About the Role
• Manage the technical team and coordinate with planning, procurement, and construction for smooth execution. • Oversee development, review, and approval of architectural and engineering designs to meet client requirements, regulations, and industry standards. • Monitor and control all technical aspects of construction, ensuring work quality matches project specifications. • Provide expert consultancy and technical advice to project team and clients, resolving design or construction challenges. • Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on schedule with minimal disruptions. • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and align with project goals. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and sustainability practices. • Oversee resource allocation, monitor project budgets, and deliver cost‑effective technical solutions. • Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the project. • Mentor, guide, and manage the technical team, fostering a collaborative high‑performance environment. • Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance business opportunities. • Coordinate technical aspects across projects with PMs and other disciplines, ensuring designs meet scope, standards, budget, and client goals. • Participate in QA/QC procedures as defined in the Project Execution Plan and lead related activities. • Chair workshops with consultants and contractors, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions. • Advise clients on technical matters related to cost, scope, and schedule. • Identify and resolve management, technical, or administrative issues to achieve project objectives.

What You Bring
• Minimum 15 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in a technical PMC role on mixed‑use projects. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance with standards.
