About the Role
• Create strong partnerships with project leadership and craft workforce for lean approaches. • Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all organizational levels. • Lead by example and coach team members in continuous improvement. • Promote onsite continuous improvement principles. • Identify opportunities, plan, and execute continuous improvement initiatives for projects. • Support leaders in preparing, conducting, and following up on improvement events. • Measure performance and ensure visibility into improvements. • Champion 5S practices with project teams, field leaders, and trade partners. • Advocate for Flow Construction and assist project teams in developing flow schedules.

What You Bring
The company does not accept unsolicited agency communications and requires candidates to be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum six years of construction or manufacturing experience. • Minimum four years of continuous improvement experience in construction or manufacturing. • Current driver’s license. • Expert understanding of continuous improvement principles. • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels. • Proactive self‑starter with a growth mindset, curiosity, and optimism. • Excellent communication, active listening, reliability, and follow‑through. • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action plans. • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
