About the Role

Housekeeping associates are responsible for ensuring guest requests are addressed promptly, coordinating with maintenance and front desk on room status, conducting daily quality checks, maintaining supply inventories, and keeping public areas clean. They also develop housekeeping schedules, manage staff needs, and perform additional duties assigned by their leader. • Respond to guest requests promptly • Communicate maintenance needs and room status to front desk • Perform daily quality checks of rooms • Update front desk agents and room matrix on room status • Order housekeeping, laundry supplies, and room amenities • Maintain clean and well‑kept public areas • Build housekeeping schedule and manage staff needs

What You Bring
