About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, including daily onsite attendance, showing units, processing paperwork, and supporting resident retention programs. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; qualify leads and sign leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up on prospects. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and maintain accurate leasing data and traffic reports. • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, meet closing ratios and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and assist with resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Address resident complaints, requests, and service issues to ensure satisfaction and consistent policy enforcement. • Support annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market condition reports. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Proficient with on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements. • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lb, climb ladders, work in various temperatures and environments, and be available for overtime, weekends, and night emergencies.
