About the Role

In this position you will be accountable for driving a strong safety culture, leading the department to operational excellence, providing technical leadership, fostering adaptability and continuous improvement, mentoring and developing team members, and building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and sustainability standards. • Lead and manage the department to achieve operational excellence and align with company objectives. • Provide technical leadership and expertise to support team success and deliver outcomes. • Foster adaptability and continuous improvement to manage change effectively. • Mentor, coach and develop team members to reach their full potential. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Champion safety as a core value across all operations. • Apply strong technical skills to solve complex problems and guide the team. • Effectively manage change and motivate teams through transitions. • Communicate clearly to build trust with stakeholders and clients. • Provide personal banking support and retailer discounts. • Provide access to an Employee Assistance Program for employees and immediate family. • Support professional development through training, leadership, mentoring and industry partnerships.
