Oversees security, incident response, and resident safety for multiple residential properties.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Serve as primary point of contact for resident security concerns. • Respond to and document major and minor incidents. • Conduct vertical and perimeter patrols while monitoring on‑site cameras. • Supervise contracted security officers and approve their reports. • Distribute letters and flyers to residents and assist with evictions. • Perform building and parking‑lot inspections, reporting all violations. • Gather intelligence for senior security leadership and cooperate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS. • Account for security equipment, maintain the security booth, logs, and radios. • Control vehicle traffic onto the property and record visitor information in the logbook. • Provide testimony in court and notify senior security personnel of critical matters.

What You Bring
The role requires at least three years of experience in maintenance or construction, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
