About the Role
A Driver with a Class B CDL is tasked with safely operating a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards, adhere to all state and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. • Perform comprehensive pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues. • Safely drive the collection truck along assigned routes, following route sheets and dispatcher instructions. • Operate truck controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers to ensure timely service. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers according to procedures. • Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and clean accidental spills following safety standards. • Keep the vehicle clean and operational, removing waste from the packer blade and truck body each trip. • Complete route, productivity, and vehicle condition reports accurately and on time. • Meet productivity standards and adhere to all safety policies, including participation in the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong customer service, time management, follow‑through, and adherence to company policies. • Hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement.
