About the Role
The Partner – Health & Safety Services for North America will report directly to the Global Health & Safety Services Leader and be responsible for driving growth of the service line across the region. The role blends strategic leadership, business development and influence over industry standards, with the opportunity to shape client strategies from the boots to the boardroom. In this position you will steer the regional execution of ERM’s global health and safety strategy, craft and launch go‑to‑market campaigns, secure flagship projects, and expand the firm’s brand and client relationships throughout North America. You will also lead a team of more than 100 consultants, fostering innovation, mentoring talent and championing thought leadership at key industry events. • Lead execution of ERM’s Global Health & Safety Services strategy across North America • Develop and launch proactive go‑to‑market campaigns for the region • Originate and secure flagship health & safety projects with key clients • Define client value propositions and integrate solutions • Drive innovation through collaboration with technical communities • Represent ERM as a thought leader at industry events • Recruit, mentor, and retain top consulting talent • Exchange best practices across global service leaders

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS/MS (or higher) in engineering, health & safety, natural sciences, business or a related discipline, and bring at least 15 years of progressive consulting experience with proven multi‑million‑dollar revenue achievements. Required skills include senior‑level business development, commercial impact at a regional or BU scale, expertise in building and scaling businesses, and strong leadership and influence capabilities. • Minimum 15 years of consulting experience with multi‑million‑dollar revenue track record • Proven senior‑level business development and delivery success • Expertise in scaling businesses and driving regional commercial impact • BS/MS (or advanced) in engineering, health & safety, natural sciences, business or related field • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required

Benefits
The anticipated base salary ranges from $190,000 to $221,000 USD, with eligibility for bonus, equity ownership and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, parental leave, health, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and retirement plans such as 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP. Compensation varies based on education, experience, location and performance, and additional incentives are discretionary.
