About the Role

The intern provides general administrative support for HR processes, assists with diversity and inclusion initiatives, and utilizes HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and talent management tools. Responsibilities include maintaining electronic personnel files, generating reports, handling audit requests, and coordinating interview schedules and communications with candidates. Additional duties involve supporting college recruitment and career‑fair activities, distributing onboarding materials, aiding OFCCP compliance tracking, and helping organize training events and HR meetings. The intern also contributes to continuous‑improvement efforts through A3 problem‑solving and other assigned tasks. • Assist with company‑wide diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Maintain data integrity across HRIS, ATS, LMS, and talent management systems. • Create and generate reports for HR requests. • Support HR audit and compliance activities. • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants. • Facilitate college recruitment events and career fairs. • Distribute onboarding materials to new hires. • Aid OFCCP regulatory compliance tracking. • Organize training event logistics and prepare meeting materials. • Participate in A3 problem‑solving to improve HR services. • Provide support for business unit availability and needs meetings.

What You Bring

Candidates must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Organizational Psychology, or a related field, and demonstrate a proactive, client‑service mindset. Required skills include active listening, clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, the ability to prioritize, independent and collaborative work capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications. The position requires frequent sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs (occasionally 25 lbs). Work may be performed in an office or remote setting, with occasional travel to construction sites or off‑site venues, and must adhere to company safety policies. • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree program. • Strong active‑listening and clear communication skills. • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and escalate work. • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.

Benefits
