About the Role
• Perform all functions of Escrow Receptionist, Technician, and Assistant Escrow Officer. • Complete routine residential resale, refinance, and builder escrow transactions. • Prepare escrow instructions and amendments as needed. • Deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements, and balance escrow accounts. • Conduct general office tasks and train escrow staff. • Solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, sellers, and buyers. • Build and maintain relationships through social, professional, civic, and community groups. • Conduct closings with customers and assist senior escrow officers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations while maintaining escrow/title business. • Supervise escrow department employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and handling disciplinary actions. • Organize and prioritize tasks, follow written and verbal instructions, and solve problems independently. • Operate office equipment and demonstrate flexibility in moving between tasks.

What You Bring
Required education includes a bachelor’s degree or four to six years of related experience, and a notary commission. Candidates must be proficient in telephone etiquette, basic accounting, real‑estate terminology, English grammar, and the Century Title automation system.
