About the Role

The Finance Manager role oversees all financial operations for the New Hospital Programme joint venture, ensuring robust cost control, managing project finances, identifying risks and opportunities, and leading statutory accounts, audits, and tax processes. Strong experience in joint-venture financial management is essential to support successful programme delivery. • Manage project financial management and cost control. • Maintain statutory accounts, audits and tax submissions. • Deliver accurate month‑end reporting and forecasts. • Manage Oracle systems, bank accounts and joint‑venture finances. • Oversee invoicing, payments and reconciliations. • Ensure compliance with finance policies. • Strengthen financial processes and recoverability. • Share insights to support programme decisions.
