About the Role
• Execute retail events and new product launches • Implement category work plans for assigned brands (e.g., DeWALT, Craftsman, Stanley) • Achieve weekly and quarterly call‑cycle goals • Develop strong relationships with key account personnel • Collaborate with the manager on a weekly/monthly basis • Complete all communication requirements with accounts promptly • Conduct onsite product‑knowledge trainings at retail locations • Identify creative merchandising solutions to boost sales • Serve as liaison between retail stores and internal sales/marketing teams • Ensure merchandising standards maintain strong brand presence • Run in‑store events and demos for employees and end users • Partner with store personnel to expand brand exposure

What You Bring
The Field Marketing Coordinator role is based in Vancouver, BC and reports directly to the Field Marketing Manager. The position acts as the local point of contact for big‑box retail stores, supporting sales and marketing programs across brands such as DeWALT, Craftsman and Stanley. Success in this fast‑paced environment requires strong interpersonal skills, hands‑on execution and the ability to manage multiple accounts. • College or university degree/diploma in Marketing, Business or related field • Experience with retail events, product demonstrations, and new product launches • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self‑motivated; able to work independently and within a team • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Valid G driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract • Availability Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays as required
