About the Role

• Perform general clerical duties and operate standard office equipment. • Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information, and take messages. • Maintain paper files and create electronic copies of records. • Receive, sort, and log all deliveries into a database. • Prepare outbound deliveries each day. • Assemble materials for design and construction meetings. • Record and update minutes for site meetings. • Procure consumable materials and office supplies. • Assist the Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization. • Enter craft worker timecards for the Superintendent. • Provide general day‑to‑day support to the project team. • Schedule, track, and log repairs and routine maintenance for work trucks. • Offer maps and directions to visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, and new employees. • Log applicant information into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet. • Utilize a no‑cost mental health tool and concierge service. • Obtain adoption assistance.

The successful candidate should be experienced in providing broad administrative and executive support while capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Hold an associate’s degree in business or related field (preferred). • Possess at least three years of administrative experience supporting large teams. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Calendar, and PowerPoint. • Exhibit strong knowledge of basic office equipment operation. • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
