About the Role
As an In‑House Sales Executive, you will embody our Spirit of Service culture and contribute to the company’s success through high‑standard sales performance. You will engage with clients, collaborate across teams, and continuously develop your skills to deliver outstanding vacation ownership experiences. • Welcome clients and present luxury vacation ownership products. • Maintain effective communication and follow‑up to ensure customer happiness. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues. • Attend all sales training and meetings for product updates. • Apply Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts. • Use email, phone, virtual and written communication with guests and owners. • Perform follow‑up interactions to complete sales using HGV technology and inventory guidelines. • Generate referral leads from each new customer. • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to core values and policies.
