Customer Service Coordinator (12 month FTC)
Coordinate customer service, support engineers, upsell, and manage client relationships.

About the Role
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly. • Develop expert knowledge of the company’s products and services. • Document and report recurring customer feedback and issues. • Assist colleagues with difficult customer situations. • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction metrics. • Provide insights from feedback to support business decisions. • Issue invoices and chase outstanding payments. • Schedule engineers’ workload and process parts requests. • Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships. • Liaise with service engineers and customers for staff vetting requirements. • Update customer portals with relevant information and documentation. • Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets by promoting additional products and services. • Introduce service offerings to customers transitioning from warranty to regular operations. • Upsell contracts and identify service opportunities within the existing customer base. • Systematically follow up on service opportunities. • Ensure timely contract renewals to support customer retention.

What You Bring
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced environment. • Experience in manufacturing or physical security industry (preferred). • Background working with key accounts and sales. • Growth mindset and solutions‑oriented approach. • Strong listening, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Team‑oriented with excellent multitasking and attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
