About the Role

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. • Oversee routine and emergency repairs, managing staff and contractors. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and inspections. • Monitor and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems; implement energy‑efficient and sustainability solutions. • Manage building automation systems and technology upgrades. • Plan and execute renovation, improvement, and capital‑expenditure projects, coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers. • Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets, analyze expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Select, negotiate, and oversee service providers and vendor contracts, ensuring quality and compliance. • Respond to technical tenant inquiries, support move‑ins/move‑outs, and coordinate with property management. • Produce regular reports on building performance, maintain accurate technical records, and document maintenance activities.

What You Bring

The Technical Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of buildings and facilities. This role blends technical expertise with property‑management skills to maintain and enhance the value of the property portfolio. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical property or facilities management. • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, property operations, and familiarity with codes and regulations. • Proven project‑management experience and proficiency with property‑management software and MS Office. • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, leadership, and team‑management skills.
