About the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure the business has the resources and capability to manage relationships with key accounts that are strategically important, and to execute the growth strategy for those accounts. • Create and execute a globally aligned Key Account Plan with regional and global marketing strategies. • Develop a commercial pipeline for each key account. • Deliver financial KPIs from budget to actual for regional P&L. • Deliver financial KPIs from budget to actual for consolidated global key account P&L. • Maintain a comprehensive contact map across all functions and reporting levels within each key account. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, capability, efficiency, and productivity for customers. • Elevate key account management capability across the organization and all functions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and key‑account partners to prioritize developments and plan trials. • Provide vision, resources, and leadership to sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency. • Steward new business development projects aligned with key‑account requirements. • Contribute to global and regional commercial teams on market intelligence, new product development, integrated business planning, and CRM. • Engage directly in the field with key accounts. • Maintain high‑level engagement with senior leadership of key accounts. • Conduct quarterly reviews with senior leadership of key accounts. • Ensure contract compliance with key accounts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (required). • MBA in a related field (preferred). • 3‑5 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, or key account management within paints & coatings or other B2B industries. • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, project management, decision‑making, and value‑proposition creation skills. • Strong communication, presentation, commercial acumen, and understanding of cross‑functional processes and financial concepts. • Experience in performance, organizational, and personal leadership. • Ability to complete qualitative and quantitative respirator fit tests and use a respirator as required.

Compensation includes a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 plus a 35% annual bonus, 401(k) with a 6% company match, medical insurance with HSA, dental, vision, life and AD&D coverage, generous vacation, sick and holiday pay, short and long‑term disability, paid parental leave, career growth opportunities, and various employee programs.
