About the Role
The Field Service Technician will deliver professional services for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) customers, conducting technical site analyses and performing field service tasks on a full range of APC‑MGE single‑ and three‑phase equipment. • Perform start‑up, commissioning, and preventive maintenance on UPS equipment. • Collaborate with team members on large, custom installation projects. • Document, label, and return defective parts to the designated disposal or repair location. • Assist service partners during site visits and evaluate technical performance.

What You Bring
• Hold a college or professional degree in electronics/electrical with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of electronic principles, electrical safety, distribution systems, and applicable codes/IEEE standards. • Possess prior industrial electrical experience; experience with UPS systems is a plus. • Travel up to 50 % of the time, including weekends/holidays, and communicate effectively in English and French. • Exhibit excellent customer service, teamwork, and a commitment to departmental and corporate goals.
