About the Role

• Monitor workflow across Ignite, Outlook, and Manhattan. • Support rostering in partnership with team managers. • Act as first escalation point for Customer Service Officers and management queries. • Track overtime and monitor call service levels to protect KPIs and minimise abatements. • Take calls, process emails, and step in operationally as required. • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimise service delivery. • Maintain compliance with BGIS systems (QMS, OH&S, EMS) and relevant legislation. • Provide daily updates and reporting inputs to leadership. • Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Lead team communication updates via LivePro and foster an engaged, supportive team culture.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in a call centre, operations centre, or workflow coordination role. • Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a high‑volume environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • Experience or strong aptitude with CMMS or similar workflow systems. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Calm, methodical and well‑organised approach to work. • Confidence to make independent decisions while knowing when to seek guidance. • Previous experience in facilities management, logistics or service operations (desirable). • Exposure to service delivery KPIs, rostering or performance monitoring (desirable). • Familiarity with LivePro or similar communication platforms (desirable). • Recognised as an AFR Best Places to Work 2024 & 2025. • Strong commitment to reconciliation and community initiatives. • WGEA Compliance Certified.
