About the Role

The position ensures a smooth flow of operations in an assigned area by organizing resources, managing start‑up activities, and maintaining safety, quality, and operational goals daily. It also involves training team members and fostering effective communication across shifts. • Complete production records and data entry (DPRs, process monitors, production summaries, etc.). • Assist with changeovers, line flushes, and oversee downtime clean‑up activities. • Perform material handling and coordinate with production supply to replenish materials. • Achieve production standards, report downtime and work reassignment to supervisor. • Audit work areas per SOP to ensure procedural compliance and product conformance. • Verify raw material accuracy against bill of materials and work assignments. • Startup equipment, adjust line speeds, and conduct quality inspections with documentation. • Maintain departmental inspection records and uphold 6S housekeeping standards. • Provide on‑the‑job training for new or temporary associates on safety, quality, and productivity. • Participate in continuous improvement meetings (CIP), problem‑resolution, and LEAN events. • Utilize visual tools, update display boards, and document changes per ISO guidelines. • Follow all safety procedures, ensure machine guards, chemical handling, signage, and wear required PPE.

What You Bring

Candidates must be fluent in English, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Required competencies include basic math, problem solving, teamwork, knowledge of safety procedures (lockout/tagout, machine guarding, OSHA), and basic computer skills with MS Office. • Demonstrate English fluency, strong communication, team‑building, basic math and problem‑solving skills. • Possess knowledge of lockout/tagout, machine guarding, OSHA standards, and basic MS Office. • Have at least two years of manufacturing/distribution experience in the department. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
