What You Bring
For those who’d rather be on the move than behind a desk, we’re opening our 2026 hiring pipeline now for curious, adaptable problem‑solvers who love travel, hands‑on work, and being part of a team that actually knows your name. If you can laugh through flight delays, figure things out on the fly, and enjoy solving complex problems, this could be your perfect fit. We believe in transparency. You’ll experience new cities, tackle unique projects, and earn travel rewards while working directly with customers across North America. There is no office to report to, and you’ll be away from home while you’re working. We seek candidates who love travel and can be away from home on rotations, have a working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking, and demonstrate adaptability, grit, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills. You must live within 50 mi of a major airport (relocation assistance available), have a personal vehicle within 45 days, be authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a technical degree or equivalent 3+ years of hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering. Essential physical functions include walking long distances across large facilities, climbing ladders or working at heights, lifting and moving up to 50 lb, and standing, kneeling, or reaching for extended periods in varied environments such as construction sites, outdoors, and hot or cold conditions.
